During the Southern Maryland Volunteer Firemen’s Association Meeting held at the Newburg VFD on Monday evening, Waldorf Volunteer Past Chief Ben Jenkins and Past Chief Pete Demarr were inducted into the SMVFA Hall of Fame.

Past Chief Jenkins and Chief Demarr join several of our other members who have already been inducted to the SMVFA Hall of Fame with this distinct honor in years past. The SMVFA Hall of Fame Committee selects 10 inductees every year from numerous submissions turned in from the Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's volunteer fire departments.

Congratulations to Chief Jenkins and Pete Demarr for your service and commitment to the Waldorf VFD and Southern Maryland region.
