| The County Fair preparations are complete, and the team is ready for the event.
Chris has done excellent work in getting the display set up.
Special thanks go to Butch for coordinating with the Fair Board to secure approval for the installation of the LED sign. This addition will enhance the display’s visibility at the fair and encourage visitors to learn more about fire prevention as well as recruitment and retention efforts.
All cadets will be assisting during the fair. Each cadet has chosen two different timeframes to participate, and they are prepared to engage with the public once they arrive at the event.
The County Fair provides a valuable opportunity for cadets to represent the program, interact with members of the community, and demonstrate the skills they have developed. It also highlights what the program offers to young people in Charles County. |
