The Charles County Association of Emergency Medical Services extends it's deepest condolences to the family of Barbara “ Bobbie” Cooke. Barbara was the first female of the Waldorf Rescue Squad & the first volunteer paramedic in Charles County. We thank her for the many years of dedication and commitment to the county and citizens we serve
