Good morning, this is to advise that Commissioner President Reuben B. Collins, II, Esq. ordered the Charles County flag to be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff on sunset of May 11, 2020.

This action is to honor La Plata Volunteer Fire Department Past Fire Chief John Matthews who served over 75 years.
