MIEMSS is producing an online training program for emergency medical dispatchers (EMDs) to assist callers dealing with a cardiac arrest patient. This preview gives an overview of the instructional program and highlights the importance of the “High Performance CPR" and the 9-1-1 Call-Taker” educational modules that will be available in the near future.
